Shipping in Italy: Free for orders over €49
Shipping costs are free for orders with a value equal to or greater than €49.00 including VAT. For orders with a value equal to or less than €49 including VAT, shipping costs amount to €4.90 including VAT. Shipping times for orders in Italy can take a maximum of 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current legal provisions, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. The CUSTOMER will therefore be able to withdraw from the purchase contract up to 14 days after the day of receipt of the products purchased online.
The CUSTOMER who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify BABALE SRL by an explicit declaration. This declaration can be sent via E-mail to the address assistenza@laylacosmetics.it; the declaration must explicitly state the intention to withdraw from the contract. The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, and complete in all their parts. 

The goods must be returned to:

Layla Cosmetics – Via dei Pestagalli, 21 – 20138 – Milan (MI).

The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the CUSTOMER.

BABALE SRL will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum of 14 days, including any shipping costs (return costs, however, are borne by the CUSTOMER). In particular, as provided for by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, BABALE SRL may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or until the CUSTOMER has demonstrated that they have returned the goods to BABALE SRL.
